Above is a picture of the dormitory I'm staying in. My room is in the back on the far right of the picture on the second floor, so my windows face the building in the background.
Above you can see Jim and Deb's home in Ankawa. They have the left side of the twin building. Below you can see us just about to have lunch. We were served cold cucumber soup, eggplant moussaka, Greek salad and a rice/noodle dish.
We met Father Fadi in the afternoon. He is the young priest in charge of the seminary. He is encouraging us to give the students plenty of homework outside of class time. (Notice that the interior of the building is very ornate.)
We all received cell phones for our time in Iraq. Diana is helping Carolyn enter our numbers. They are sitting on a very ornate couch, one of many, in our teaching prep room on the main floor of our dorm. There is a kitchen beyond the doorway on the extreme right of the picture - though most of our meals will be taken in the cafeteria in the guest mansion.
